Start with the original source
We prioritise official documents, public institutions and identifiable publishers. Each record links to its source, states its geographic scope and distinguishes document dates from the time we observed it. A news report about a resolution is labelled as an announcement, not the original resolution.
Automation supports discovery
The Cần Thơ Neuron checks an approved source list at configured intervals. It detects new or changed records, removes duplicates and records failures. Source availability, publication delays and review mean updates are not instantaneous. An empty feed does not prove that nothing was published.
Translation and review
Original titles and links can be listed as source metadata. Machine translations remain labelled drafts until approved for publication. English summaries are provided for discovery; the Vietnamese original remains the reference for Vietnamese policy. We do not infer legal effect, eligibility or deadlines from a translation alone.
Opportunities need a separate check
Before an opportunity is described as open, we check its original notice, eligible applicants, geography, application route, deadline and timezone. Expired or uncertain calls must not be presented as currently available. Directory membership is not proof of a funding relationship.
Corrections and reuse
We publish short summaries and links instead of reproducing full articles. If something is inaccurate, outdated or should not be included, send the record URL and supporting source. Reviewed corrections should preserve a clear record of what changed.
