The Delta is being rebuilt. Cần Thơ is the door.

Resolution 59 puts the Mekong Delta at the centre of Vietnam's next decade — and Cần Thơ at the centre of the Delta. The challenges are real: water, energy, agriculture, workforce. What's been missing is a working bridge between the people who own those problems and the companies who can solve them.

Project Cần Thơ 2030 is that bridge — anchored by CICT inside Cần Thơ University, operated by The Improbability Company.
